Artist Feature: Techno Squirrels
LA's Techno Squirrels is a collaborative duo. Their music is from the Way Out West school - strong straight forward dance rhythms bed Lisa's trance-inducing voice. "I only sing because someone has to do it", she says. Ryan & Lisa both twiddle the knobs, ensuring an uptempo, active soundtrack.Supporting their single "Mute", the Trance Lab recently featured the breaksy "Puff" remix. The track is very reminiscent of work on the long-departed '90s Canadian project Single Gun Theory. Versions of the single along with their latest release "405" can be downloaded from their website.
